I NEVER SAID I WAS WASTING MONEY ALREADY FRIENDS WITH THE LUBE MECHANICS... HAVENT PAID FOR AN OILCHANGE ON THE TRUCK YET

molyb is a huge part of why royal purple has 400x the film strength of other oils. They have the highest molyb content. Molyb is a good thing, its what the military jets run because its is so forgiving.

I've heard that also...gonna have to get back in touch with my pop and see how he breaks his engines in. I do remember him mentioning about the molyb breaking down and clogging small passages I think...(as mentioned in one of the links I provided)...
