I had a pretty good time also. I agree that we have a great group of guys on this board. It was cool to actually meet some of the guys and see some from last year. Seems like I might have to change my screen name.lol After seeing slowprocess, I've been wanting to do a swap. I only made it to the 2nd round. Fastest pass was a 13.22 @ 100.xx on the brake during eliminations. Second round was a -.001 RED LIGHT! That sucked! Congrats to Luke and the other guy for taking 1st and 2nd.... again.

I had a blast as well. I wish I could have had my truck there but **** happens. I got the two time trials and the first round of the trucks before my camera died so I will try to put together another vid like I did last year soon.
Congratulations to Jim and Luke for a carbon copy finish from last year.
Sorry I didnt stop and chat with you other guys that wernt parked over by us but I was busy the whole time helping Blacksheep get his stuff worked out. I just hate that all of our time troubleshooting was for nothing.
As for this meet in Hattiesburg... how come I wasn't invited??

You know you're invited. That's your house! John had said something to me about trying to meet up there, maybe some time in Dec like last year. I like Hubcity a hell of a lot more than Greenville. I am going to Greenville this Saturday to see if I can get a little more out of my truck, as well as burn a little rice.

I was at the event, but didn't run my truck. Towing it home 500+ miles wasn't an option.

SOme of you guys may have seen my li'l black Colorado there. I parked in the area by the grandstands/concessions. It would have been fun to race, and I'm no novice bracket racing, but I was having a great time just watching the event!

I was there my best was 14.269, thats 2tenths faster than I run in Memphis. I sure like racing at sea level. I wasn't looking for a low #,just the same #. I liked the index / pro tree format they ran last year. NOBODY went red last year and we were all taking weight off or adding weight to hit a flat or.5 #. But I really enjoyed both events. The meet and greet alone is worth the drive, the racing sure adds the rush.

It doesn't hurt to come home with the money either, does it?

It was a good time. I prob the youngin outta yall sorry I didnt stick around with the trucks more I was helping with my buddies car and watchin the local shops.

The tired old ext cab 4.8 did go 15.84 @ 87 during time trials which is a new pb. And thats with the truck loaded with sub box and amp and all the luggage. not bad for a UPD HPP3 truck. The truck was far from consistent cause i ran everywhere from 15.8 to 16.2 both days. But I was mainly there to see my buddy take the Stock Shortblock record which he came up .02 secs short on

But Ill def be back. As Slow as me and the fiances truck is I never get tired of running with you guys. Its always a great time.
