Jim~ If you going to take JLP out then you need to do it in a big way. Like say.......lining up against a JLP equiped lighting at a Open T&T the day before a Fun Ford or NMRA event

Id like to see johnny put 2k pnds in the bed and run parish's old times. His truck is fully tubbed and its a trailer queen on top of it as far as hotrods everyone in the world knows parish's truck after drag week and in my mind he has already won.
There is a difference in a hotrod and a dragster.
I know I know its all about crossing the line first but Id rather own a Parish edition silverado than a Johnny edition lightning any day of the week.

Since parish's vehicle is a street truck and johnnies is purely track I think there should be two races one on the street the other on the strip.

**** A LIGHTNING Get em parish

The fastest DD lightning is running like 10.30's anyway so already have them beat in that aspect. Its unrealistic to try and catch a drag truck. But it would be awesome if you could do it.

Parish.. I bet JLP spent a whole lot more in setting up his truck.. That drag truck may be faster but, Parish is not that far off.. And still can be driven around town and tow.. So i agree with 02sierraz71 **** LIGHTNIGS!!! Parish sleeper rules!!!
