Talking joe gibbs truck

well guys I was out avalanche shopping for my father in law on friday and we came to a delaership that had like 7 JG trucks. Well I decided to take one out and see what she can do. First thing I noticed about this truck was the seats were really uncomfortbale to me. Next it has no armrest like my extended cab. Also this JG was the extended cab version with 5.3 and supercharger. Well i took it out and under light throttle I was pretty disappointed and then I really started to beat on it and let the supercharger spin up to around 5800rpm's. To tell you the truth my 6 liter in my truck doesn't feel much slower then this and also the ride was more harsh then my tuck. My father in law even said that he thought my truck rode and handled better then this one, it felt like it had some serious body role going on. Well it made me feel good about my VHo since I paid $16,000 less for my truck and personally I think it's better overall and could hang with a JG truck that is extended cab. All I know is if I ever got a radix I would jsut skip to the 3.0 pulley and toss the 3.6. just my opinion on driving one.

Radix comes with a 3.4 pulley on the 5.3. It puts out 7 psi as oppose to the JG trucks 5 psi.

Yeah i wasnt impressed with JG either-and yes i agree cts that our trucks could hang with the extended cab JG they need a good tune and smaller pulley for sure-the one i drove was a reg cab JG and off the line it was fast but other than that it choked.

My idea of the perfect truck. RCSB 2005 SILVERADO base model with 6.0 3.73 or 4.10 gearing. power windows , locks automatic. cd player. MSRP less than 24,999 and for 4,000 more a supercharger. and with no retard badging. = Lightning fighter and please more than 100 mph stock. i would beg GM to do this truck.
