Question isthis same as dr xlink?

Hi, i am doing a TBSS intake install on my 04 silverado and wanted to know id this was the same as the Dr. Xlink or is the Xlink the only option i have....

Im pretty sure that one wont work. That is the same harness I used on my 01 with DBW

No..they are not the same..You need to use a different TAC module from a car I think with those adapter harness's..The X-link is plug n play..Alot of people claimed they only were seeing the throttle blade open 80-90% with a harness/tac module...So Dr.X developed the "X-link" I ended up going that route as I had problems with my truck going into REP mode with a x-link

i wounder if anyone has gone a different route other then the Xlink.

If you use that adapter you will need to buy a 2002 tac module
