converters will make the shifts softer. especially a 3800. last sunday i went from a stock converter on a shift kit and stock line pressure chirping third gear on drag radials to my new converter that will barely chirp second. its normal. if they are way too soft for you ask to have the line pressure bumped. really hard shifts break stuff though. i like them quick and firm not breaking the tires much/if at all.

well it was a 3800 to begin with before i had to get it refreshed!!!!! it was tuned for this converter and i didnt change the tune just had the verter refreshed.

man im patiently waiting to order a few more parts "LS6 valley cover and PCV, and coolant lines, and a metco valve cover breather"
