Default Installed window motor now won't start

I just installed a new window motor on a 99 Yukon and now it just turns over and will not start. Is there some kind of anti theft in the computer. Thanks for any advice.

Start by checking all the fuses. In dash and under hood.

I'll do that tonight when I get home. I hear the fuel pump running, and also tried disconnecting and connecting the positive battery cable.

...not that it makes a difference for your present situation, but next time disconnect the negative cable, always remove the ground first, then the positive
