inspection is a no go

Hey dude a little alcohol and a razor blade will take the glue off easy. Also 20% is pretty dark if you want to try it and cops haven't messed with me, even though the limit is supposedly 35%.

same thing as acetone if you don't want to get in trouble from the females. i never had a problem yet, knock on wood. i have 15% all the way around and NY is pretty ****. some places inspect more than others. go when it is warm out and just have the windows down. also, go to the places where you are allowed to sit in the vehicle and they take you through the commands

ok, so i finally got the $40 sticker in the window. i called the place that denied me the first time to ask if my exaust would be ok because it's dumped. their reply..."what's that?". so after explaining, he gracefully answered with a no. called another place and they said it's not a problem and not to worry about taking the tail light covers off. all over with, now i just have to get the windows tinted again.
