Default CrazyIdiot, you're bumming me out

I wanted to get the Torq Thrust II's in 18" for my 02" Silvo............
This is the first I'm hearing about a spacer. What, why, etc.

A dude in Calexico, CA quoted me about $200 apiece just today for the chrome or the gunmetal grey ones. Didn't say anything about not fitting though. That was with BFG 245-55-18's ($120ea.) Your thoughts? Maybe he was wanting to hose this Gringo. I guess $1200's not too bad for a sweet set-up, but just not yet. However, if they don't fit our rides, scratch the idea.

Thanks for the input

Cherokee George

the torque thrust s/t is the exact same as a TT2, BUT it's 6 spoked and six lugged....and VERY heavy. i have pics of mine on my pic site. mine are 17x8.5 i believe.

are they actual TT2 wheels, or the 6 lug versions? totally different beast, the TT2 requires a spacer/adapter as mentioned above being that it is a wheel designed and made for a car

The wheels are for a different veh.
Just looking for a really good deal.
Checked some of the normal - Summit, Jegs, Discount Tire...
What to see if someone has the hookup out there...
