how can you tell what size injectors you have?

Without knowing your engines RPO code, the only way would probably examine the PCM's software.

Its An 01 Silverado With A 5.3l, But I Don't Know If They Have Been Changed Because I Bought The Truck With Somework Already Done To It.

Well if the injectors are stock, they are going to be 24lb/hr.
Other than that, you'll need to get the number off of them and try and track it down.
