Most people don't know that when you're vehicle gets stolen your insurance company gives you an OFFER. You don't have to take it!!

I had a mustang get stolen and they tried to low-ball me. I went straight to the internet and pulled up 20 similar cars and showed them what they were selling for, and after 2 more OFFERS they ended up giving me 50% more than they had offered originally.

Don't ever let them screw you!

Somehow having your truck stolen, striped, and burned to the ground fallowed by the feeling of violation or selling just aren't the same thing. They are slightly different in small way.

I've never had any upside down loans so that is probably why I had never heard of GAP insurance before. Thanks for the explanation.

GAP is an extra insurance you can purchase from your bank or where you get your loan.
It covered the difference between what your car is worth - ACV - actual cash value and your loan
Typically this is very helpful for folks who roll loans into another loan
or a vehicle that depreciates very quickly.

If you dont have GAP - if there is a difference - you will still be required to pay the difference - so you are paying on a loan/car you dont own anymore

I see folks severely upside down in loans - I had a bmw owner who was 14k upside down from rolling loans

Hahaha....I just started out with my first vehicle by putting a nice chunk of change down on it. That has helped me out quite a bit. I am by no means rich.

Monetary donations anyone?
