I am sorry for the mistake. When we place orders with Magnachager we fax everything over on an order form. I sent it over personally while the paypal money was still pending. On our fax machine it said it was sent. I always stand over it and watch just to make sure it goes through. That way problems like this dont pop up. I am assuming that magnacharger must have lost it through out their paper work. I appologize again for the mistake. We try to focus on our customer service at all times, but sometimes things fall throught the cracks. Sorry again, we will try to get it to you asap.

Sean, thanks again for sending the order while the paypal echeck was still pending, I appreciate it. Again, I dont mean to leave SE negative feedback by any means. Mistakes happen, and I've tried to be as polite and understanding as I can but sometimes when I call MC and they act like they dont even know whats going on it gets a little aggrivating when its been three and a half weeks since my order. I shouldn't even be having to call MC at all but thats how I've had to get the ball rolling.
At this point I just want to get the kit without having to call magnacharger and call/pm joey and back and forth, I just want my kit sent out and hopefully shipped quickly so that I can get it installed this weekend. (Please send me a tracking number.)
I know you've apologized already, and I dont mean to keep complaining, I just want to get the kit and be done with it. Thank you for your response.
