the key will not budge in the ignition. the steering wheel is not locked, and the gear shift is not the culprit either.

i also disconnected/reconnected my battery to try to see if it was the pcm/ecm with no such luck.

before i go throwing time and money at it i figured i would see if you guys knew or had similar problems...

 

seems almost insulting to say, but are you sure you have the right key? my room mate had the same issue with his truck a while back, then he gave me my keys back and got his own...
