idle problem

idle problem
i did a 6.0 swap in my 2000 chevy and had a buddy put hp tuners on it!! its not idleing right when you put it in to gear. But in park its fine its running like a pos at low rpms it has 42# inj and is tuned for them what could be wrong or does my BUDDY not know what the hell hes doin. thanks
