After your done turning the bars up you should drive the truck over some speed bumps in local parking lot's to let the suspension settle into it's new height. When I did mine I drove it for about 2 days then had it re-aligned. Ive been told that if you dont let the front settle ,that when you have it re-aligned it might change a little after you drive it some. Because the suspension is still setting itself to its new height. Dont know if thats true or not, but I dont think it will hurt either. Hope this helps.

Definately let the suspension settle. I was so excited when I finished putting the Ford keys on that I immediately got an alignment. Big mistake.
