there are some dealerships w/ poor pr , lucky for me I live in a small town they are very honest . I hate to say too much but I talked with the parts manager years ago & asked if I could get a discount if I tried to buy all of my parts through him first , he did it & still does , he will tell me up front if I'm better off to go to napa or schucks on certain parts but many times he will beat them or be just a little higher . When it's not much difference I will usually go with factory parts unless they don't have them in stock & I need them that day.

That's Ef'd UP.
The dealership i go to lets people drive their used cars that are on the lot. I've never seen anyone in a customers ride other than to pull it in the garage or to putt it around the lot. There's the occasional test drive but usually for no more than a mile.
