well i got the 96 running and took it to miami to see some family . well down here the clutch has really been acting up , the rear end makes noises , and you gotta slam it in gears hard , and the motor still misfiring .

anyways im giving up and doing a 5.3 auto , 99-04 rear end for the disc with 3.73 locker . 17 inch aliumnium 05 wheels with 275-60's and the 6 lug front rotors . with a 2/4 drop . figure it would be a awesome daily then and super relaible

let me know what you guys think . also i have two questions , anyone have the part number for the motor mount conversion . also how would i set my shifter up seeing im a 5 speed now . could i just do a floor mounted one ?

 

i have a 95' and thinkin of doing the same thang, try pswire.come he had made some motor mounts ask him, how hard would it be to put a 99-04 rearend with disk brakes on my truck... 95' 1/2 2wd ext. cab, 350( wanting 5.3 or 6.0 not sure what 1 yet) for now.. and can i change my front 5 lug to a 6?
