Many of you dont know, but
I have been going thru a 2.5 year divorce.
It has all come to a head in a trial
Yes - I will be going to trial.
I have a 7 year little girl - who I have not seen since March 04
and her mom has BPD (borderline personality disorder)
If you have seen the movie Fatal Attraction - this is the type of
disorder. The stories I could tell you...........
So - I am in Columbus Ohio - where I used to live til last March
.... fighting for custody
I am not trying to get sympathy or tell a sob story
but I believe in the power of prayer
I have been a good father and it is time for a Dad to be a Dad.
I appreciate all of you on the board
I have already been here for 1 week
The other side will not settle so the judge ordered it to
continue with trial until it is settled.
This week and possibly next week for sure

Please - just keep me in your prayers and hopefully the courts will do the right thing - and see what is really going on in my case and give this little girl a chance.

Just from the small post you made, you sound to me like a genuinely good father. Hopefully the judge is fair and sees this. I'll keep you in my thoughts..
