Default I Love My F'ing Truck!!!

I have had it for 5 days now. Damn...I am so glad I made that purchase
Its the best of all worlds...complete luxury, quick enough to beat the occasional ricer, moddable for more performance, tows 8700 lbs, seats 5, runs on 87 octane, and I just hauled home my TH400 race tranny for the SS in the bed.

Not to mention there is an entire truck racing subculture out there on the street . Every redneck with glasspacks wants to run. lol.

Having a blast with the 2001 Sierra C3
Now its time to mod a lil

You live in St Pete and everyone wants to race?? I havent had anyone in months pull up next to me or even bite. My truck doesnt look or sound stock and the blower whine is noticable from down the street. Maybe I dont get out enough. Im hunting some Lightnings later this month when I have the alky and smaller pulley. Hopefully I wont loose too bad.

Welcome! I had the F-Body fever for awhile earlier in the year, but I'm glad I opted for another truck! I can't wait to mod this 6.0 to see what it can do.

No quadrasteer.

I dont live in St. Pete any more....now in Brandon...never ending supply of redneck beater trucks that want to run.

I have had about 5 or 6 run ins in the last week. Of course I have also been instigating a little too

You know, with that 6L and AWD, your C3 will run great with a mild nitrous kit. The AWD is great on the bottle.

Im am with you. I am undecided on a stall yet. I want to do the fans first thing. Then CAI and headers, maybe cam.

It will have juice soon. maybe this weekend. I am thinking a dual stage dry with a very small shot, like a 35 shot at 1500 rpms followed but another 70 at 3500 rpms. I think that will be a fun launch.
