Default I love clay bars!

I just got done washing, clay baring, and waxing my truck. If you have a few hours to spare, lol, then it will make your truck look better than new. Everytime I use a clay bar I still cant believe how well it cleans the truck. Now if it would stop raining everytime I wash my truck

Clay bars are definitely awesome. I couldn't believe the difference it made on my finish after doing it this past summer. Well worth the effort that goes into doing it.

I dont think a clay bar would help that any. Its more for gettin crap off the paint that regular washing missed. I agree with everyone though, it makes it look so much better and smoother.

what ever you do, dont go over to *the car detailing forums* and start reading.....I did, and I ended up ordering $$$ in car detailing supplies

(Klasse, Meguiars clay, wash, microfiber towels and mitts, porter cable polishing and buffing pads, Einzett abrasive polish (for water spot etching) and quick detailing spray)

Which claybars are you guys using? I have used the Mothers and the Maguires and I deffinitly like the mothers better. In my experience, the Mothers doesn't leave streaks like the Maguires does.
