There is something to be said for simplicity. If you dont have a bunch of junk you dont have as many worries.

In the grand scheme its all material crap. There are much worse things in the world.

IMO, go start a hobby that involves natural things and doesnt cost tons of money. Then when your expensives hobbies get you in one of these moods you can go relax.

Deep breaths. I have fish too, sometimes it's good to just sit and chill with them!

well in spite of everything that is going on i got my yank back from the guy that has my truck and i'm putting the mother f-er in my tahoe today damnit.lol maybe yanking that sum-bitch outa the hole at 3000 rpm will make me feel better. oh and my wife is going to dig my old clear out for my car so i can candy them and put them on so i'll have tails in the car. so it will be drivable just with a busted up bumper. the body is pretty striaght now. i guess i'm better than i thought i was at body work.

thanks guys. i guess i just needed to get some agression out.

At least your shark Didn't eat your catfish, or vise versa. What kind of shark is it? My buddy had a 8' long salt water tank with sharks and sea turtles. he's sleepin on his couch, feels water pissin on him, wakes him up and theres a pinhole in the seam. within 10 minutes the whole end of the tank fell off. Phauck.

1slow01z71. my truck won't start now. the security light is on and i won't do any thing. i tried the reset procedures and that didn't work. so i had to call onstar and get a tow. they can't figure it out either. this is all after i disconnected the battery. so i haven't got to try out the new veter yet.
oh and to top it off i hurt my back yesterday working on the truck. just a muscle but still.

fastcrewcab4x4. its a iredesent fresh water. its basically a catfish that looks like a shark. its all shimery and stuff. but he's cool he like to sit and swim in the current made by the filter.

Please don't take this as preachy, I study and read alot and I see this type of information repeated over and over in many different disciplines.

I highly reccomend watching the movie "What the Bleep Do We Know- Down the Rabbit Hole"

I spend a lot of time with highly educated people and a lot of them exhibit these types of ideas in their daily lives and I've been incorporaitng them in my own for the last year or so and it has made a profound difference in my outlook. I rarely get really angry or depressed anymore and if I do start down that slippery slope I can now recognize the symptoms much faster and redirect my thoughts to a more positive direction.

A long these same lines are books like "Awaken the Giant Within" - Anthony Robbins. Its an older book but a lot of the ideas are steaped in research and they CAN work if you choose to truely change.

I'm not saying that you have a problem or anything but this information can help all of us from having "bad days" like the one you had. I will add that the conclusions depicted in that movie can be out of favor with most physicists but the ideas work the same in most case sin how they can help you to stay positive in your life.
