i feel for ya man. i have been there. still there for the most part. i got out of the navy thinking i had a nice secure job and it went to hell. i did the only thing i could. used my g.i. bill and went to college. and joined the national guard. if it weren't for my wifes income, i would be living in my camper. i'll send a few upstairs for ya.

Keep your head up man. I had to quit my job after tearing my pec in a Huge riot we had outside. Worker's Comp really screwed me and I had to fight to get the necessary surgery. I lost over 40lbs of muscle in 6 months and pretty much wouldve sunk into major depression if it werent for my girl. I ended up in a much easier and better paying job and then sued Worker's Comp and got 10K in a matter of weeks!! Im now in a much better situation. Although Im not as strong on Chest things as I was, Im a bit stronger on everything else and Im about 4 pounds heavier than I was when I got hurt (a good 4 pounds)
Point being.... keep focused on the positive, good things happen to good people

Where were you working previously, and what is your line of work if you don't mind me asking?

I got layed off by Circiut City a while back because I made to much money they went from commision to hourly, they even layed off a guy that had been there 24 years!!!!! without so much as even a notice. Ive got a better job now and Im finally a senior in college. You could very well find a better job and end up in a much better place. Make lemonade out of it.
