You could change brands? All I have had to do to my truck is an idler pulley. The rest is just been theft repair.

Chevy does have the after market parts, and for hot roding they can't be beat.

Big Block power best thing this side of a Dmax.

 

the 99 4.8 was only 255hp

 

i know this,... which makes my transmission slipping all the more annoying.

 

I love my truck...yea I've had a bunch of stupid problems with it through the years, but it was a first year new model, so it's to be expected. Haven't driven it since November due to my blown trans that I'm still saving the bucks for (FLT Lvl5), man I miss it

 

i really wish i could have gone with an flt trans, i hate having to baby this thing.
