I found exacly what I was looking for its a rcsb, step side, 5.3l, 3.73 open GMC Sierra. I was able to knock off $3,000 off the sticker price and got it for $17,000 even. This truck is in excellent condition inside and out. Oh! I almost forgot its got 16k miles and it pulls like beast. Its got tons of torque. So what do you think is was this a good deal? I will provide pictures soon.

Sounds good. That's about what I paid and about the same mileage when I bought my 2000 LS in Dec of 01. It even had leather seats, Optima rims and Magnaflow catback already installed. I think I got really lucky finding my truck for that price.

btw. you should check out ebay, i saw several used 02 programers for sale there.

 

If you got $3,000.oo off you got a good deal. The dealer still made some money, but not enough to retire on.

 

RGVSierra, my truck is indigo blue with granite(dark gray) interior. I am planning on going to the spedway as soon as I get something done to it. I will let you know.
