Default I Blew It Up

well some of you might have read my thread on my 305 build . well i had to run to miami (300 mile trip ) for my grandma . on the way back i noticed i was doin 70 and almost full throttle . all of a sudden it was knockin really loud and went BOOM BOOM lol . i pulled over and had a rod sticking through the oil pan .

now im gonna finally do what i wanted to do with my 94 when i was 16 . a ls1 .

this is my ideas for now till it happens or someone has a better cheaper route .

ls1 / t-56 . intake , long tubes and tune .
6 lug rear end with 4.10 locker , 6 lug front rotors
05 17 inch alum wheels with 275/60's (loved them on my 05 )
2/4 drop

im gonna sell whats left of the 305 now then go from there on loan for everything . i have rebuil vortec heads , 20 inch wheels whole bunch of stuff but ill make another thread for that .

thanks for any help . my goal is high 12's on motor

i was like hollllyyy **** !!! and saw nothing but smoke behind me . then when i pulled over i saw the rod .... lit a cigg sat on the bed and said

" how the hell am i gettin home " lol

i should have just done this from the beginning and not thrown any money into this motor . everyone said a fresh top end on 140k bottom end would let go ..... but i didnt think in 2 weeks

I have a 5.3L long block if you want it. Has 28K on it and is in great condition. I did a 6L swap and now it's just sitting in my garage and have no money to put it in anything.
Where's your thread?

there's a semi complete 6.0 that's for sale in the classifieds section. . . . and it's in FL. It's better than any LS1 that you could build
