Can you shoot me some info on what brand or model those are? I was looking into a set of Baer brakes for my truck (I have the rears already) and apparently the rears will fit with 18's, but they don't make anything for the front that will fit with 18's.

EDIT - nevermind, I saw the thread where you bought them.

I just finished installing my hydroboost on my truck. I just t-ed into the line and used my old power steerin pump. I have 14" Bear rotors up front. It seems to stop pretty good, but I have only tested it in the driveway. I will post up pics and install on another thread.

I got the last hose Friday but haven't had time to do any of the install.

Like you say you can use the existing PS pump and T into the return line. I also read somewhere that the Hydro PS pump has some stronger internals? Don't know. I do know that I wish I hadn't bought the GM return line. $65 bucks for a dang formed hose that I could have done for $5.

So can we get a full list of parts together? From what I've seen so far you need.....

P/S pump (alternatively, you can T into existing lines)
Brake booster/master cylinder
I read somewhere too that you need the brake pedal from the HB truck
Lines

Is that it?

That is all the parts you need. You do need a brake pedal from a Hydroboost truck. The pivot point on the pedal where the rod connects to is higher.

Don't forget PS and brake fluid.

Cool, thanks. I found a scrapyard here in town that's pulling all of those parts off a truck for me for $231...hopefully everything is in good shape Now I gotta learn how to bleed brakes, lol.
