Yup unfortunitly most people don't service the system so the fluid brakes down and the seals detriorate. I know the sale a repair kit this is the only image I could find. Should be a large o-ring around the piston area.

 

And a basic seal kit will look something like this.

I don't. The hydroboost are slightly different from model to model so make sure you know what it came from so that you hopefully get the right kit. The dealer might not have a rebuild kit in there parts system. You might have to get it through an AC Delco Supplier or a local Auto parts store. Usually the dealer replace's the whole unit under warranty.
