Anyone have anything to offer here? I'm gonna try replacing the bank 2 O2 sensor tonight to see if that helps at all... but I don't have high hopes.

are you sure the 02 sensor is ok??? When you watch it does it cycle or or does it get stuck???

Sorry I don't have HPT so I can't view your log.

Post it up may be some one that does can take a look.
I looked at his log, and the O2 readings are odd. One bank cycles normally and the other will be stuck right in the middle... then cycle up and down normally. His fuel trims are over 10% and at times maxed at 20%. Other times, one bank will be stuck high and slowly trim down and then cycle normally. Either the tune is WAY off, or a bad O2.
Since you are now running in speed density, is it possible that the VE tables were never quite right after the cam swap (last year) and it ran OK off the MAF. When you remove the MAF, you are now depending on the VE tables.

Thanks for takeing a look. He may have a bad sensor then. It also sounds like after he fixes that he may also need to adjust his tune.

The tune is still being worked on... but its impossible to dial it in with these weird readings. I will replace the sensor today and see where it leaves me. I was nervous it could have been a cracked head or something because I'm having so much trouble with it.

The VE tables were spot on before the head swap... Wheatley did a great job with that. I could run speed density and have no hiccups whatsoever.

The other thing... if it was tune related wouldnt this issue is on both sides of the engine and not just Bank 2?

I took out the O2 sensor but it was too late to grab another one, and the base of it was black from the exhaust.

I'm just surprised that I wasnt getting any problems before the head swap with this sensor... it is possible that the little bit of coolant and whatever else that may have burned off killed it?

Any thing is possible. I think you were just unlucky and the sensor died. The tune is probably close though and you will probably be able to dial it in once you get this fixed.

have you tried using a boost leak tester? would be a little easier to find a leak if there was one.
