So when you ground the caliper, did you just grind the outer corners of the caliper. I can grind it with a flapper wheel, then paint it and itll be bueno.

i ground it all acorss the top side about 1/16 of an inch or more...

once you hae ground off some stick your wheel on and try to spin it..if it rubs take it off and you will see where it has been rubbing and start grindin some more
