So maybe I should not be complaining about our track. It seems that everyones charges around 20 bucks. I just thought that maybe some of you guys paid 20 and with the chance to be hot lapping if you wanted. Our track just gets really busy on Friday nights Test and tune, and if you want to get at least 3 runs in you better be prepared to be there at 6pm to midnight.

I think 8-10 to watch and 15 to run at Coastal Plains Dragway.

Wow, how come I didn't see this post! Anyway, our track blows because they don't know how to run it. As you can see by what the others have posted, $20 is about the norm. The reason why it seems like a lot of money, is because you only get 3 runs in on a track that's not prepped and has a 0.25" of rubber on it. I keep an extenssive log for my car, and there's many a night where you can see the time on my timeslips and I average about 1 run an hour. That's ridiculous IMO. You should NEVER stop and have to wait in staging. It should be non-stop action, especially for street cars.

As two cars go, the next two are burning out, as the 1st two near the traps, and the next two are already staged, boom, boom, boom. Not at our track, the guy that runs the lanes is an f-ing tool.

Sorry I had to vent, I feel your pain Beto!
