I recently added it all up for insurance purposes. No comment Although I did save THOUSANDS by installing all of the goodies myself and doing 99% of the fab work. Hey, its gotta count for something.

Hmmm, interesting

I have around 24,500.00 in parts in my new build

Thats not counting any time putting it together or any of the (many misc. fees)
like coolant oil etc.
I still have alot of suspension work to do.. + tires and wheels

Ill be at about 33k Thats not counting the cost of the truck of course.

My old 6.0 setup was around 10K

Gawd... About what I paid for the truck just in parts. Then the specialty tools, Tuning software, laptop, never ends. Not that I didn't plan it but it still hurts. I'm with Krambo. Couldn't have done it hadn't I put in the labor.

last time i figured it was 12k just in mods before my 370 build..my truck cost 10k and im still got 4500 to pay on it..

I try not to think about it. I just focus on the end result. I worked hard for every part I bought and did the work myself when possible. I still have a lot I want to do so I just set small short term goals and peck away at them. It does start to consume you though.
