Well I am guessing a oil rig of some sort. It be to take the pressure out of the hole or something. I really ahve no idea but it's so big and dirty I would guess it has something to do with the oil rig. what the hell could get that thing moving. Can you imagine the sound.

i would like to know what thats off of... ill just put that in the bed of my truck and run exhaust and charge piping to it...it will work
