Default How fast are stock Lightnings?

Lost to one last night, from a dig we were even for the first 3 seconds cause I launched in 4wd, then he went bye-bye and all I saw was tail lights. From a 45 roll I got toasted too. Afterwards I realized I have no idea how fast they are.

I'm not too sure how accurate a g-tech is. But with a full tank of gas, and 3 people in the truck, I ran a 13.9. I did this before the 4lb lower, and CAI. They seem to run between a 13.5-13.9 stock.

Hmm so I have some work to do before I can start picking on them. I guess I wasn't surprised that I lost, but I was surprised at how bad it was. I'm around 14.4 right now.

Ya, i think the average is about 13.7. It's hard to find a stock one though. They're pretty cheap to take into the 12's. Gets expensive after that.

Your weight is hurting you. A smaller pulley would help.

I don't think it was stock. I took one from a dig about a month ago and only had him by a truck length @ 8psi boost.
