hmm, going in to investigate these claims. well, stock or not, if they believe they are better then i am happy for them. it got locked before i could post anything but it would have been decent and not shitty. eitherway. if you want to settle anything with them, invite any and all that are in your area to accompany you to the track. if they start the modded vs non modded bs, remind them, drag racing is about winning and losing, not about who has what.... when they say their trucks aren't drag vehichles, then ask why did you show up?

 

I think it just goes to show how stupid some people can be and still call themselves enthusiasts! The stock for stock thing is so lame. Those Titans are nice trucks, but come on, they didnt re invent the wheel!

 

Alot of those guys could see you weren't trying to start anything but, that one guy(or kid probably) you mentioned just seemed to want to start ****.

That type of stuff gives me a headache.

 

there is a kid that lives down the hall who his parents bought him a brandnew titan, after a month or so, he would take it off road often, i see it stuck with one tire in a little mud hole by the side of the road, and he has 4x4, but he getts it out and i will not drive right, turns out he needs a new rearend, transmission, driveshaft, and a couple misc thing, about 15K worth of damage, so in my opinion they are crap.

 

nothing to flame titans on but i was watching a show on cars one day, and it showed the titan and the other smaller truck. frontier. they were talking about the performance and this and that. then they showed the titan and frontier on some grass with leaves and they both took off at wot. one wheel peel on the titan. that cracked me up. i guess i got so tickled cause the show was talking performance but they tested a truck with no posi.

there is one on this board i think that ran low 15's stock. ask him. i think he goes by the head. he comes to the gtg;s at the track. nice guy.

 

i think they said the head is running in the 13's ala natural.

 

i think every guy that owns a titan over there except for like one i think they walk around thinkin there sh*t dont stink or president of their own fan club.
