Default Hmmm What to do

I got my '99 sitting, and a 6.0 sitting. I was originally planning to build either a cam/heads 6.0. or a 408-427 stroker engine. Ive been through a few 4ljunks in my last truck with a cammed 6.0, so my original plans consisted of doing a 4l80 swap before beginning my engine build so I wouldnt get tempted.
Well, for now, Ive realized that Im a slight bit more responsible with my driving, and dont street race anymore. In addition most of the driving this truck sees is back and forth to work, or just a quick jaunt to the store.
Ive always had a theory that since the 4crap60's usually spit out during a shift that with the addition of a vette servo, billet OD servo and shift kit, that they could handle being DD'd with a 6.0 Even Chevy put the junk65 behind a 6.0
Well, since the RC is in limbo right now, Im thinking about dropping the 6.0 in a shift kit, servo'd TB stalled 170k mile truck.

Whats yalls opinion,
Cam and sport the 4.8 for a while (possibly a couple of years)
Drop the 6l in and hope the 60 holds
Just be paitient already and get a 80e then build what I want and dont enjoy the fun of blowing **** up

Damn yall. I havent even decided what I want to build. Guess Ill cam the 4.8 for now, and start looking for a 4l80 then decide if I want a heads/cam 6.0, 402, 408, or 427
