Default Hey Texas guys!!!

I've been really home sick since i havent been able to go home for over a year and a half, so i decided to bring a little home to me. I found a website that i could orders Coopers BBQ through and ordered one of there briskets and giant pork chops. It is well worth the $90 to me because these people up north just dont know good BBQ. I used to eat at this place all the time because its in my home town, and its won most every contest they've entered. Even Bush orders Ribs by the case. Along with Sandra Bulloc, Tomy Lee Jones, and a bunch of other rich people. Anyone ever been to this podunk place? They dont even serve you on plates, butcher paper all the way.

There is a place we stopped at on our way from breckenridge to San antonio. They served the meat on packing paper, sold bread by the loaf. I cant remember the name of it. It was the best BBQ I have ever had, no doubt.
