Help Plz

Hey guys i am new here and have a couple of ?'s. I have a 04 silverado 5.3 was wondering about aftermarket TB's r they worth it or should I p&p mine and if I do how hard is it to do never done it before. thanks

there are mixed fillings about a P&P TB. They do help in throttle response but as far as a noticeable gain you'll see mixed reviews.
