Ok i have a scan tool at work ill try it Tom. I just drove it home about 30 miles no issue. But I want to find out what's going on

 

No pending codes and all sensors show to be working. Haven't had any problems out of it today...

 

Sounds like a sticky IAC.

 

Where is that sensor?

 

As bad as I don't want to admit I think I found the problem. The truck has ran fine for two days when I cranked it earlier it fumbled around so I stopped by a friends shop to have him test the battery because its about 4 years old and I have seen a fully dead battery jumped off and the vehicle stumble at idle a bit until it charges some... Well when we were checking it one of the cables on the machine moved and I saw the nut turn on the pos battery cable... It was loose. Guess I should have checked that lol. Good news is the battery is still good.
