I think we can thank the many liberals who want to keep a 'green' war going on for the no firing order. That's just retarded. I bet this is the same guys who didn't want the war to go on in the first place and the same ones who wants to take all of our guns away.

It seems all the news does is report the bad things, even our local news here. Every night it's the same thing, bad economy, crime or about another soldier killed. They thrived on the negative! This is just going to make us look bad (again) in the eyes of the world. I know my opinion may be in the minority but sometimes you have to say "**** THE WORLD" and look our for your own. The world is always sticking our their collective hands for aid from the US, food & medicine. And, if they happen to get in military scrape, they yell for help, from who, the US. But when we decided it's time to take action, the shame us and say we're in the wrong. I say we should stop all of our aid the countries that are shaming us and let them try and survive on their own. Feed and protect our own first, then if there's any left, help other countries.

My son was in Iraq and was seriously injured, His friend beside him died in the explosion. I spent many weeks at Walter Reed hospital with my son, and saw many soliders with severe injuries. It was very sad to see our people badly wounded.
My son told me that the "rules of engagement" changed daily and the soliders
didn't know when they could shoot, from one day to the other.
Before my son got injured I told him to shoot any Mother F#@%er that he felt threaten by.
I told him I would rather see him in a court than a casket.

My opinion is pull the troops and make a sand pit out of it.

I'm on deployment in Sicily as most know, and my squadron runs "certian" opps over Afganistan and Iraq all the time. We go on dets to all kinds of places that arent all to friendly. When were back in sicily the only TV we have is "Armed forces network" and it plays news all day every day on 2 of the 4 channels. All i hear on the news is bad things about Bush, the military, and the lies about our intentions. This kind of stuff really brings down morral.

If i was in that guys position i would have done the same. I will protect my well being by all means neccisary and see my wife and kids again.

All the negitive stuff surrounding what were doing SUX! I admit that i dont fully understand all that were doing here, but like all military over here i have to have faith in what were doing is right.

I have tons of questions too, but these finger pointing polititions make me sick. They need shot. Along with Geraldo Rivera's punk ***.

Ah, new school then. I was in Millington from 95-96, just before everything moved to P'cola. I only visited Pensacola for a week or so.
