Default Head lights

I was wondering if anyone with a GMC Sierra 01 model style has taken the amber lenses out of their headlights. I seem to remember someone one here a while back talking about doing it.

I did on my 2000. Just took the headlight off the truck and pried the clips that hold the two pieces together one by one until it came apart then just pried the amber pieces out...Looked alot better
