Default have trouble re-learning the pc

I have my tunned pc from Wheatley and i am having trouble re-learning the new one.. The lock light goes off too quick when its supposed to take 10-13 mins to go off.... i thought it would be a basic swap.. but i was wrong....

ANY ONE HAVE ANY SUGGESTIONS ??????????????????

You doing this right?
1. First, insert the ignition key and turn the ignition switch to the “On” position (Do not start the engine). Leave the switch on for 11 minutes. The security light may flash or be on steady during this 11 minute period. Make sure the light is no longer on or flashing before proceeding to #2 .
2. Turn the ignition switch off for 30 seconds.
3. Turn the ignition switch to the “On” position (as in step #1) for 11 minutes again.
4. Turn the ignition switch off for another 30 seconds.
5. Turn the ignition switch to the “On” position for 11 minutes a third time.
6. Turn the ignition switch off for 30 seconds one final time.
7. Turn the ignition switch to the “On” position one final time and wait 30 seconds.
8. Attempt to start the engine. If the engine starts and runs normally, the relearn is complete. If the engine does not start, check for trouble codes and address them before attempting the relearn procedure again.

Default ...not even blinking for 1 minute

The pad lock light does not even blink for a whole minute then it goes off somethings not right...

THE DEALERSHIP WANTS 97 DOLLARS FOR A CRANK SHAFT RELEARN.... OUCH
I DIDNT THINK I NEED TO DO THIS WHEN I CONSIDERED DOING A TUNE....
SOME THINGS NOT RT FOR THE JUMP SEEING HOW THE LIGHT [PAD LOCK] LIGHT GOES OFF ONLY AFTER 10 SECONDS

Make sure you don't have any blown fuses.

Unless you have the factory ecm tuned you run the risk of having problems like this..

Have you tried unhooking the battery before trying the relearn again??? Know anybody with a aeroforce or tuning software???
And have you contacted your tuner and this problem???
