Default H2 wheels on 2500??? your thoughts?

and for your info, those are 315/70R/17 sized tires!

i cant decide if this is a good thing or not. it looks to me that they are a direct bolton and maybe pretty cheap IF these guys are going bling bling 24s or bigger. the stock wheels look so skinny and am looking for something different. what you all think? shouldnt they work with no modding since the 2500 and H2 are very similar platforms and lug patterns? TIA!

They should work. The H2 uses a 8-lug pattern that is on the HDs I do believe. My mom works at the H2 plant and I can ask her because she doesn't inventory for them. And you will probably think that I could get you a discount but I highley doubt I could unless you would like a screwed up set with like some scratches or something that they scrap since they're not perfect.

My mom was telling me about that the other week they started up one of the H2s to puill it off the line well guess what the dumbass on the line forgot to do......PUT OIL IN IT!!!! So that was another motor that was scrapped.

na plenty fo them on ebay with all the bling blingers out there getting rid of them. 250 bucks for a set is about normal for reg finish. chrome is much more. tires are expensive too but not that bad. i know the stock wheel height is a bit too tall for even a HD truck. will check into more info.

Got a set on mine. Just the wheels, the tires would not fit on the 1500HD. Did'nt want them anyway. I went with a set of Bridgstone dueler HP's since all I do is tear up the street. They look good and bolt right up....GM 8lug.

I just use the stock Hummer center cap. Mine are the standard alum finish. Got them off ebay. I did put the stock HD caps on first but did'nt like it. The stock H2 cap looks cleaner to me.

Hey L82gofast have you ever run your truck at the track? If so, what did it run? My dad has a '02 Silverado CC SB 1500HD and he ran a
60ft - 2.442
1/4 ET - 16.983
1/4 Trap speed - 82.57
That was completely stock. Well it just had some added weight like a toneau cover and the carpet liner and stuff like that. I've been trying to get him to get a magnacharger but haven't convinced him to do it yet. How much do you like your set up? Any problems? Any pics?

I have'nt run it at the track. I'm going to order a Gtech so I can at least get an idea. But I can tell you it eats ricers like crazy I have had no troubles at all, the magnacharger kicks ***. I always say, I can't belive what a few psi will do for the 6.0. Parish8 knows....
I can email you any pics you want.
