Default Guys i really F-ed up.

Ok i took the cluster out tonight to relpace my needles and put in leds. Now when I removed the needles I totally forgot to mark them. Dont know what I was thinking, but now there all over the place, not reading right. Is there a simple fix for this? Thank you. Can I re align them some how?

This is mine fully warmed up at idle. It will get you close, but you should have marked where YOUR gas gauge was. Also I noticed you have a 160* tstat, so your temp might be a bit lower than mine.

You can also find someone with a stock cluster and put it in your truck see where the needles are and then pull it out put yours in with the needles off and place them where the needles on the other cluster were reading thats what Im going to have to do since I was drunk when I put my US Speedo Overlay and 4 of the needles are off.

fuel will be easy, just fill up your gas tank and put the needle to full.

also you can have some type of scan gauge to log your gauge functions and write them down then put the needles according to the readings you logged and should be very close.
