Can you use a framed soft cover? LeBra makes a nice one and its cheap.

It's kinda pricy but I really like my Jack rabbit bed cover, it coils up into an 8 x 8 plastic box in the front of the truck so you could put old stuff in the bed.



It's kinda dirty in this pic.

I got the one thas has rails and you can put on a Tule rack, or the make a lightweight lumber rack that attaches to the rails.




It can be locked, and keeps things pretty dry but does leak where it meets the tailgate.

Rolls up and latches. It has adjustable tensioners and seals with high grade velcro.
