i really wanted to beat this guy, he has prety much beats me everytime we race and last night was the same old story , he striped EVERY non esential part off of his car and is running a bolt on 6sp 02 camaro with a 150shot, he has suspension parts and some very large drag radials.

i really thought i would get him this time since i was running a set up very close to what i had at the track on friday. i learned a good lesson here, there is always someone faster. i was trying to get him to go for some cash, i would have put several hundred on this race becasue i was that confident. i have this feeling that when i get my 409 and crank it up for some 9's he will still be a car in front of me.

oh well, at least i have a 10sec slip from the weekend

 

One of my buddies runs a bolt-on, cam, 150hp wetkit on his full weight Formula and traps 126mph and the guys in my club with heads and same setup trap 128. So yeah, I'd be wary of LS1s with wetkits and traction LOL

Although these same guys were still in awe of your truck when I showed em your vids on our board or at the track this weekend
