Got SES light while crusin around town

Got SES light while crusin around town
I recently sold my HPP3 and on Wednesday I got an my truck HPtuned (works much better 
). Since I had removed my cats a while back, I had been runnin around with my SES light on for a while. 
Well I finally got that fix when I got the tune, but while I was crusin' around today, the service engine soon light came back on . What could have caused this? Do you guys think the cats triggered a ses code again. Is this even possible since it was already deleted. 
Oh and can I check what code it is with HPtunning? Any feedback appreciated
