For the first time i got to run a hemi -- it was great -- some punk kid , he made it sound like it would be a wast of his time -- i had to tell him that i would give him $5 for gas if he beat me--so he got out on the road and i told him to just go when he was ready --and then i put 3 1/2 trucks on him to 80mph he didnt even let me rap out 2nd gear owell-- it was worth it --

Damn......i still have not race a Hemi I just never see them when i am in MY truck....tjay you should have gave him the 5 bucks and told him its to help make his payment......

 

a guy that works with me has a new hemi and he is always talking about how fast it is until i come around then he backs off -- he will not run me -- he has to much pride in it to let everone at work know that will get took bi a chevy-- haha owell thats cool i gess - at least he doesnt be a jerk about it

 

Well I have seen two stock regular cab short bed Hemis at the track and they both ran 15.8s out here in Vegas. I got $2500 in mods in mine, and only run 15.2 out here. So stock they are faster than mine was.

Im in midland TX-- i have run my truck before the cam at penwell tx -its a slow track -crapy air-it put down two 14.8s@93- the truck was running good that night

At work this guy in the parking lot who was driving a sierra c3 came up to me and he was telling how much he really liked my truck. Then, he asked me if it was a hemi. I wasn't ready for that one.
