Default GMPD sucks

gmpartsdirect sucks *****. i purchased something from them monday on ebay, sent payment immediately. Still no word if its been shipped, and i have no tracking #. called the customer support # provided on paypal, no luck, sent 2 emails, no luck. This is the first and will be the last time they ever get my business.

It has ALWAYS taken at least a month for them to ship out stuff to me, granted I've always ordered the weird stuff from them.

well i found a way to get ahold of them. Call Flow Chevrolet parts dept in NC, tell them u have an order with GMPD, and they will have someone call u back. This is their sister company.

Yes, took them about a week to ship my things. They probably don't have much parts in stock. Even with their ridiculous shipping prices they are often cheaper than most others, especially on some larger items.

In case some people didnt know this, GM doesnt sell parts to anybody that isnt a franchise of theirs. Meaning every site you see that sells GM parts is a GM dealer some where and it has to be posted on their web site somewhere. Even larger distributors like Summit and jegs have to buy parts from a GM dealer and resell them to you.
