GMC Sierra Front Bumper Adjustment
#1
Ok, just noticed a few days ago that my front bumper on my 04 GMC Sierra has moved. I don't think that it was hit, I see no signs of visible damage at all to the bumper, but on the passenger side front, it has shifted forward about 2", now it does not line up with the fender and wheelwell lines.
So, where are the bolts that I need to loosen to adjust the bumper? I haven't gotten under there to look myself yet, but wanted to see if anyone could point me in the right direction.
Thanks, in advance.

FYI it's a major PITA
I wanted to adjust mine because one side sits a little lower than the other.
Spent about an hour with my old man (been doing boywork forever) looking at it and messing with the mounting bolts. And vertical adjustment is nearly impossible except for the right at the ends of the bumper.
The tow hook 'cups' need to come out, and the air dams for the radiator can be pushed around, but they are not your friend.
I know you want to adjust yours front to back, but I think it will be just as hard to mess with it.
It seems that removing all of the plastic first would be the only way to get it done.
But that's a major hurdle in itself.
Good luck, let me know if you figure it out.

Damn, sounds like a job for the weekend. I'm going to get out there and look at it this evening. I just can't imagine what happened, cause it wasn't like that a few weeks ago.
