I ordered some parts for doing my 6.0 swap, mainly because even with their high shipping costs it was still 60% cheaper than the "squealer's price. Well....7 days later I cancelled the order (after two days of emails requesting so). I could have hand built a motor by then.

They save money by not having a phone to deal with (less employees)and by having a 5-10 day shipping policy they also save alot of money because it gives them time to order the item on ground or less shipping on their side of ordering (again even less employees still yet). "Special Orders". The upgrade in shipping price should be their problem though. You already paid shipping once.

 

wow...I've had nothing but good experiences with them. Guess I was one of the few "lucky" ones.
